Fitness is important
I was wondering what it is that keeps us from getting fit,
Time ? if we were fit enough we would need half the time to do the things that we do today leaving us with more time to spare.
Money? Exercise is cheap and can be done in many ways, no need to spend a fortune but if you can afford it you could do it in style. the rewards for both are more or less the same.
Motivation? you would think that keeping fit is motivation enough. sadly this is not true we need to enjoy the fitness routine so that we get addicted to it, imagine forming a group which has the common objective to get fit.
So whats keeping me from getting fit, its just plain old laziness. will try to find a personal trainer or a group that i enjoy working out with and then try to stick to it….
