Why is it so hard to find the right people.
I need to recruit some retired people for a net venture. it makes the perfect business sense for me and the person being hired. No Pressures for work for the employee and i don’t have to deal with inexperienced hires. This should be a cinch right ? wrong !.
It is difficult to locate such people. Period.
for example i need people living close by to the location of my office, and willing to work with knowledge of english language. I need them to research travel destinations and write articles on the destination. Sounds like fun and also pays ( not too much money but enough to enjoy the small pleasures of life.)
I don’t mind if such a person wants to work from home on the PC, as long as he or she delivers at least one good article per week on a travel destination.
Do not get me wrong. i am not asking him/her to cut copy paste from the web instead he could research on the web make some phone calls to hotel owners/ friends and then write the article.
There is a good place to learn how to write articles at owl.purdue.edu for those who are serious enough to pursue the opportunity.

i know it is not easy to write, my blog is also proof since in the last year i wrote only 7 posts.
Even if you do not plan to join me , i suggest you hone your writing skills for the simple reason that it is one way to express yourself permanently and with the internet it is also very economical.
Who knows, this might inspire a Margaret Mitchell to write Gone with the wind. or JK Rowling to write harry potter…..All the best.
